The Short Version: FitFlow doesn't collect, store, or share any of your personal data. Everything stays on your device. We can't see your workouts, and we don't want to.

Your Privacy Matters

FitFlow is built on a simple principle: your workout data is yours, and yours alone. We've designed the app to be completely private by default.

Data Collection

We collect absolutely no personal data. FitFlow does not:

Collect your name, email, or any personal information
Track your location or device information
Monitor your workout data or exercise patterns
Use analytics or tracking tools
Share any information with third parties
Require account creation or login

Where Your Data Lives

All your workout data is stored locally on your device using your browser's local storage or iOS device storage. This means:

Your data never leaves your device
We have no servers collecting or storing your information
Your workouts, templates, and settings are completely private
Only you have access to your fitness data

Payment Information

When you purchase FitFlow for $5, the transaction is processed entirely by Apple through the App Store. We never see or store your payment information. Apple's privacy policy governs how they handle your payment data.

App Permissions

FitFlow may request the following permissions:

Local Storage: To save your workout data on your device
Notifications: (Optional) To alert you when rest timers complete

All permissions are optional and used only for app functionality, never for data collection.

Third-Party Services

FitFlow does not integrate with any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services. The app operates completely independently on your device.

Data Export

You can export your workout data at any time through the app's export feature. This is your data—you're free to back it up, analyze it, or delete it whenever you choose.

Children's Privacy

FitFlow does not collect any data from anyone, including children under 13. The app can be safely used by people of all ages without privacy concerns.

Changes to This Policy

If we ever make changes to this privacy policy, we'll update this page and notify users through the app. Given our no-data-collection approach, we don't anticipate significant changes.
