Terms & Conditions
Last updated: October 2025
The Simple Version: Use FitFlow to track your workouts. Be cool. Don't try to break stuff. That's pretty much it.
Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using FitFlow, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.
License to Use
When you purchase FitFlow for $5, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app on your iOS device. This means:
- You can use FitFlow on any device signed in with your Apple ID
- You can't share, sell, or redistribute the app
- The license is yours for life—no subscriptions, no recurring fees
- All future updates are included at no additional cost
What You Can Do
FitFlow is yours to use as you see fit:
- Track unlimited workouts and create unlimited templates
- Export your data anytime for personal use
- Use the app offline—no internet required
- Customize exercises and settings to match your training style
What You Can't Do
Please don't:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the app
- Attempt to circumvent the App Store payment system
- Use the app for any illegal or harmful purposes
- Redistribute or resell the app or its content
Your Data, Your Responsibility
Since all your data is stored locally on your device:
- You're responsible for backing up your data. We recommend using the export feature regularly.
- If you delete the app or lose your device, your data goes with it—we can't recover it because we never had it.
- You control your data completely—keep it, export it, delete it as you wish.
Fitness Disclaimer
Important: FitFlow is a tracking tool, not a fitness coach or medical advisor:
- Always consult a healthcare professional before starting any exercise program
- The app's suggestions (like weight progression) are general guidelines, not personalized training advice
- Use proper form and technique—the app doesn't monitor your safety during workouts
- Listen to your body and train responsibly
App Availability & Updates
We'll do our best to keep FitFlow running smoothly:
- The app works offline, so it's always available on your device
- We'll release updates with new features and bug fixes
- All updates are included with your one-time purchase
- We can't guarantee the app will work perfectly on every device or future iOS version, but we'll try our best
Refunds
All purchases are handled through Apple's App Store. Apple's standard refund policy applies. We don't process refunds directly—contact Apple Support if you need assistance.
No Warranties
FitFlow is provided "as is." While we've worked hard to make it reliable and useful:
- We can't guarantee the app will be error-free or work perfectly in all situations
- We're not responsible for any data loss (though this shouldn't happen)
- We're not liable for any injuries or issues arising from your use of the app
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the app ($5). We're not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms occasionally. If we make significant changes, we'll notify you through the app. Continued use of FitFlow after changes means you accept the new terms.
Termination
You can stop using FitFlow anytime by deleting the app. We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the app if these terms are violated, though we hope that never happens.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of your local jurisdiction. Any disputes will be resolved through good-faith discussion first, and if needed, through your local courts.
